Recipe: Cheesy Vegetable Pasta


  • 250g pasta of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (using your rotary cheese grater)


  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Add the diced bell pepper, sliced mushrooms, and diced zucchini to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  4. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are slightly softened.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetables. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Serve the cheesy vegetable pasta hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves and a generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese using your rotary cheese grater.
