Açaí Energy Bowl

Originating from Brazil, this supermodel-favorite bowl has taken the world by storm with its iconic deep purple base topped with fresh fruits and granola. The foundation is a blend of frozen açaí purée and banana, delivering an ice cream-like smoothness. Your Geedel food chopper effortlessly turns frozen fruit into a fine purée and quickly preps all your toppings.

Ingredients:  

For the base:

- 2 packs unsweetened frozen açaí purée (about 200g)  

- 1 ripe banana (frozen is even better)  

- 2–3 tbsp coconut milk or almond milk  

For the toppings:  

- ½ cup granola  

- 1 kiwi  

- ¼ cup blueberries  

- 1 tbsp shredded coconut  

- 1 tbsp chia seeds or chopped nuts  

Instructions:  

1. Prepare the smooth base:  

   Place the frozen açaí purée chunks, banana pieces, and coconut milk into the container of your Geedel manual vegetable chopper (fitted with the chopping blade).  

   Secure the lid and turn the handle continuously. If it jams initially, pause and use the mixing stick to help. Keep processing until the mixture becomes very smooth, thick, and ice cream-like.  

2. Prepare the toppings:  

   Peel and chop the kiwi, then use the chopping blade to quickly slice or dice it. If you need to chop nuts, you can do that in this step as well.  

3. Assemble the bowl:  

   Transfer the blended açaí purée into a bowl and spread it evenly.  

   Artfully arrange the granola, kiwi, and blueberries on top. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and chia seeds.  

4. Serve immediately:  

   Enjoy right away for the best chilled, smooth texture.
