Dont know why I didnt buy this earlier its a game changer. I absolutely hated grating cheese or anything so I avoided it like the plague. Its so fun and easy to use too! The suction cup bottom is a littke hit or miss for how strong it holds, but it works well enough. Highly recommend! Hoping it lasts awhile, I've only used it once though.

All-in-all this grater is a nice find. Some people will complain about the cheese that can get mashed between the clear housing can blade but some waste is expected with soft cheese. We tried this relatively soft cheddar through both the fine and coarse blades and were happy with the results. Hard cheese will perform better still. We have not tried veggies yet, but do look forward to that.The clamping force on stone is terrific, it's not going anywhere. The handle lock actually feels better than expected, not cheap like what one might expect.We are primarily comparing this to a high quality box grater from CuisiPro found here: https://amzn.to/3ThETgNObjectively, the box grater is sharper, cuts better, wastes nothing and absolutely will go through the dishwasher without incident. It also offers more grating options. All that said, I still don't enjoy using it for ergonomic reasons. The box grater shines for small cheese jobs, whereas this rotary grater MASTERS prep. If you like to food prep, buy your blocks and grate away in one-go for the week and it gets cleaned once. For the box grater, you'd be at the task for way longer. The box grater is also WAY easier for grating a big head of cabbage, a cuke or veg that is too large for this rotaries opening etc.So you can see each has its strong suits. We're happy to add (not replace) this to our lineup. The box grater with have its days, but for larger prep this is great.

Just purchased and used to grate carrots. Works great and clean up was easy. Stays suctioned to counter. So much easier than a box grater.

I was skeptical, but now I wish I’d had one of these many years (and skinned knuckles) ago. This is well made and it works great. Wow, yes, even raw carrots!

It��s so much easier and safer than a traditional box grater. just turn the handle and it quickly shreds cheese with very little effort. I��ve used it for cheddar, mozzarella, and even vegetables, and it works great every time. Cleanup is simple too. This has become one of my favorite kitchen gadgets and saves me so much time when cooking.

Love it! Makes grating soooo easy. I was using a manual one and kept getting cut when I wasn’t careful enough. The suction on this thing is great, easy to use and great for large batches of cheese.

We've tried a number of other shredders - box style, banjo, food processor... none of them worked as well as this and most of them were MUCH more expensive. Sharp, fast and easy to clean. Takes up very little room in the cabinet as well.The only issue is that cheddar can build up inside the blade so just make sure and keep it cleared/emptied as you grate, otherwise it can get plugged .

It makes meal prep a breeze.i watch these ladies on Facebook and they use them and they love them too.

This shredder works great other than the last piece of food not catching on the grates. A huge time saver to manual box shredders and much safer. Easily slip a bowl under the shoot for the food to fall into.Easy assembly and taking apart for washing. I would definitely recommend!

I have only used this once because I just got it and have been busy. I did grate an English cucumber and it did a great job. Very thin slices which is okay. Onions it did but a little too slimy really so better on stronger fruit or veggies. I can see it being very useful in making scalloped potatoes where you would need thin slices. Going to try that. I’m sure it does cheese just great which is the main reason I got it but also I’m thinking apples would be great for maybe salads. I’m more wanting to try homemade potato chips. I can’t wait to try those because it slices thin enough for those. The negative side is that I have a hard time holding it still when shredding. I can’t seem to master that suction part.

This grater is amazing! Easy to put together and easier to clean after shredding 8 pounds of cheese for the 4th of July! It arrived in one day and stuck the counter attachment made it so easy. It's durable and the handle turns very easily. The design is cute and fits over any bowl or bag. I recommend!

The product is amazing! I use it daily to shred cheese. However, I do wish the mouth the Shredded cheese comes out of was a little bigger. If you're not careful the shredded cheese will get clogged and then you have to fight to get your cheese out.

I love this so much. It is a game changer for grating fresh cheese. So easy to use and to clean. I grated up 3 pounds of cheese in no time at all for home made Mac n Cheese. Fresh grated cheese tastes and melt so much easier but until now it was time consuming - LOVE this grater

User friendly kitchen tools to have. I’ve used grater for my Parmesan cheese, and it was fast grating. All attachments are easy to assemble and take them apart, they are easy to wash and fast. I only wish they come with finer grater for cheeses.

This grater was just as advertised. It is a thick plastic with metal attachments. It took me a bit to get it together at first, but is easier each time I use it. The same for taking it apart to clean. It is easy to wash in the sink . I was concerned that it would be very sharp for cleaning, but it was not. I use it mostly for hard cheese and it is great. It’s harder to use with mozzarella. Carrots grated well but, Cabbage did not. I keep it in the box when I’m not using it.

This grater is fantastic. I was skeptical, with all the choices available, that I had selected a decent performing grater. I used it the day after receiving it and wow ! It was so easy to use sturdy & sharp, cutting through a 1/2 block of cheddar in less than a minute. Very happy with it, I’m certainly no expert at picking the correct kitchen appliance to make things easier for me but this was definitely a win with the added bonus of being so easy to clean.

When I ordered, I wasn't sure how much we would use a grater. As it turns out, it is fast and easy to use and clean up is a breeze. We grated a block of Sam's Club smoked Gouda cheese in a couple minutes, half fine grate and half course. We will no longer buy bags of grated cheese, we will do our own. I've been to the ER for kitchen related-self-inflicted injuries a couple ... okay a few times. Once with a box grater. It almost happened again the other day so I purchased this rotary shredder. Shredding cheese couldn't be any easier and the ice/nut attachment hooks me up with my morning granola. The base grips a quartz counter firmly when locked and the handle is easy to turn (even with almonds!). I store all the pieces in a drawer for ease of access. Although, it gets used practically everyday so I should probably just leave it on the counter.
