Ingredients

✨Meatball Base: 200g pork belly, 100g beef, 1/2 onion, 50g breadcrumbs, 1 egg   

✨Seasonings: 30ml whipped cream, 1/2 teaspoon salt, a pinch of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 50g store-bought lingonberry sauce

Detailed Instructions

1.Effortless meat chopping with Geedel

Cut pork belly and beef into small chunks, place in the Geedel vegetable chopper, and press gently to get fine minced meat—even fat-to-lean ratio, more reassuring than pre-made minced meat. Use the chopper’s fine chop setting to mince the onion into fine pieces. 2. Mix filling & roll meatballs In a large bowl, combine minced meat, onion mince, breadcrumbs, egg, 1/4 teaspoon salt, black pepper, and nutmeg powder. Add 20ml whipped cream and stir clockwise until the mixture develops a sticky texture. Roll into 3cm-diameter meatballs.

2.Cook & serve

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the meatballs, and simmer for 8 minutes until they float to the surface. Remove and set aside. Heat 10ml whipped cream in another pan, add a pinch of salt, and simmer into a thin sauce. Drizzle the sauce over the meatballs, and serve with lingonberry sauce and mashed potatoes.
