Thanksgiving Smoked Turkey Rolls with Cranberry Dip

Want to make a turkey dish without using the oven? Use the Geedel Vegetable Chopper to mince turkey filling and chop dried cranberries—manual pressing yields evenly sized pieces. It also works for dicing sweet onions. You can roll up the turkey in just 25 minutes, pan-fry until golden brown, and serve with sweet-tart cranberry sauce. This is a super elegant main course for small families on Thanksgiving!

Ingredients

 300g turkey breast (sliced thin)

 - 4 slices bacon (chopped)

- 1/2 sweet onion

 - 2 celery stalks

 - 50g dried cranberries (divided into 2 portions)

 - 60g cream cheese (softened)

- 1/2 tsp salt

- A pinch of black pepper

 - 1/4 tsp smoke powder

 - 2 tbsp olive oil

- 80g cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Cooking Steps

1.Prepare the turkey filling: Process multiple ingredients at once with the Geedel tool!

Cut the sweet onion into chunks and the celery (leaves removed) into strips. Place them in the Geedel Vegetable Chopper and press lightly twice to get diced pieces. The manual operation is effortless, and the onion dice stays sweet without making eyes water.

Put the bacon and 30g of dried cranberries into the tool, switch to the coarse chop setting, and press once to make a mixed chopped filling. This is 5 times faster than chopping with a knife, and the even-sized pieces mix easily into the filling.

In a bowl, combine the chopped filling, cream cheese, salt, black pepper, and smoke powder. Mix well to make the inner filling.

 

2.Roll the turkey rolls: Even beginners can roll them tightly!

Pound the thin turkey breast slices thinner with a meat mallet. Spread 2 tbsp of the inner filling on each slice, then roll tightly from the long side and secure with toothpicks.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Pan-fry the turkey rolls, cooking 3 minutes per side until golden brown. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 74℃.

3.Serve with cranberry sauce: Cuts greasiness and enhances flavor! 

Chop the remaining 20g of dried cranberries by pressing lightly in the Geedel Food Dicer Chopper. Mix them into the cranberry sauce.

 Slice the turkey rolls, arrange them on a plate, and drizzle with the cranberry sauce. Each bite is packed with smoky aroma and the sweetness of cranberries—this takes much less time than roasting a whole turkey!
