Refund Policy

Geedel is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 45 days from the ship date for your return authorization.

Return Process:

2. With your order number receive your return authorization.
3. After receiving your return authorization, please return your purchase within 45 days from the ship date WITH the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
4. In all cases, you are responsible for return shipping costs and may ship back the item using the carrier of your choice.
5.No restocking fees. Shipping costs won't be refunded (including the original shipping charge and the return shipping charge).
6. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
7. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

8. The refund amount will be returned within three working days, and the user does not need to bear additional costs.

Exchange
