Ingredients
- 150g macaroni (spiral shape holds sauce better)

- 4 shiitake or button mushrooms (sliced)
- ¼ onion (diced)
- 100g shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 50g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 100ml milk
- 50ml heavy cream
- 20g butter
- 15g all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 3g fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
