Ingredients
- Main: 100g pasta, 8 fresh shrimp, 1 squid, 1 lemongrass stalk, 2 kaffir lime leaves, 1 tomato
- Spicy & Sour Sauce: 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp Thai chili sauce, 50ml coconut milk, 2 garlic cloves, 1 bird’s eye chili
Detailed Instructions
1.Tackle ‘hard-to-chop’ ingredients with Geedel
Peel and devein the shrimp. cut the squid into rings. Remove the tough outer layer of lemongrass and cut into sections. Place lemongrass, garlic, bird’s eye chili, and tomato into the Geedel vegetable chopper (fine chop setting), press gently to make fine mince. Lemongrass has thick fibers, but the chopper cuts it evenly for better flavor release.
2.Cook pasta + stir-fry seafood
Bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, then cook the pasta for 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside. Heat a little oil in a pan, sauté the lemongrass and garlic mince until fragrant. Add the seafood and stir-fry for 2 minutes until opaque. Toss in tomato mince and Thai chili sauce, stir-fry for 1 minute. Pour in coconut milk, fish sauce, and lime juice, simmer for 3 minutes to make the spicy-sour sauce.

3.Toss & serve
Add the cooked pasta to the pan, toss well until every strand is evenly coated with the sauce. Sprinkle chopped kaffir lime leaves on top. It’s spicy, sour, and incredibly appetizing—perfect with meals!
