Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

This chopper is handy for quick jobs like onions, garlic, and softer veggies. It's easy to use, easy to clean (dishwasher safe), and doesn��t take up much space. That said, it��s not great with harder ingredients or if you need even chopping and the food gets stuck in the copper blades, making it difficult to get them out.

Works better than the electric one that came with my immersion blender and it' easier to use and clean.

This is different than the chopper it replaces in that the bottom is not open, but collects the chopped material inside the chopper. The chopping action was quick and chopped nuts and onions well with just a dozen of so chops. The one drawback it that it only lets you chop a small quantity at one time, so for large quantities you may need to reload.

Update:I've had this chopper for 2 months now, and yes, I bought it new. I have used it every day for the past two months to chop nuts. This morning I noticed that the plastic cup had broken and it left bits of plastic in my food. Its in the recycle bin now******When I put this chopper in the dishwasher the top filled up with water and there is no way to clean it out except to turn it upside down and shake it around to drain it in the sink. The problem is that I don't know if its just water or soapy water (likely the latter) or if the water will get in the food I am chopping. Its too late to return it so I guess this one goes to the recycle bin. Otherwise its a good chopper although its A little cumbersome to take apart and put back together. The blade cover is big and tricky to line up with the blade and the bottom is hard to take off the dish for cleaning. As a chopper I would give it 4 stars, but the water and cleaning are a deal breakers for me.
