Blueberry Chia Seed Jam

Crave healthy, additive-free jam? This simple blueberry chia seed jam uses just 2 key ingredients—plus your Geedel Hand Vegetable Chopper for the perfect texture! Spread it on toast, swirl into yogurt, or enjoy guilt-free. 

Ingredients:

- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (thaw frozen ones first)

- 2-3 tablespoons chia seeds

- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)

- Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions:

1. Chop Blueberries:

Attach the chopping blade to the Geedel Manual Vegetable Chopper. Add blueberries, secure the lid, and crank the handle to chop and mash into a smooth puree.

2. Mix & Rest:

Transfer the blueberry puree to a bowl. Add chia seeds, lemon juice, and sweetener (if using). Stir vigorously with the mixing paddle (or a spoon) for a few minutes to combine well.

3.Thicken:
