- 300g fresh shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 200g mussels (cleaned, purged of sand, beards removed)
- 1 squid (approx. 200g, cut into rings)
- 4 medium tomatoes (peeled)
- 1 red bell pepper (seeded)
- 1 onion (peeled)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 100ml white wine
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 20g fresh basil (torn)
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper

1.Prep vegetables & seafood
Peel and halve the tomatoes, place in the Geedel vegetable chopper, and spin into diced pieces. Halve the red bell pepper and spin into thin strips. Halve the onion and spin into fine dice. Marinate shrimp and squid rings with a pinch of salt and black pepper for 10 minutes. set aside cleaned mussels.

2.Sauté & simmer sauce
Heat olive oil in a large pan. Sauté onion dice and minced garlic until fragrant. Add red bell pepper strips and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Toss in tomato dice, salt, and crushed black pepper, simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Pour in white wine, add marinated shrimp, squid rings, and mussels. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes until seafood is fully cooked (mussels should open—discard any unopened ones).

3.Cook pasta & combine
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente (80% cooked). Drain thoroughly, add to the seafood sauce, and stir-fry for 1 minute to coat each strand with the flavorful broth. Sprinkle with torn fresh basil before serving.
