Italian Herb Bread Balls

This traditional Italian treat is a delicious way to use up leftover bread. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and fragrant with herbs and cheese, the task of quickly 'reviving' and shaping hard bread falls perfectly to your Geedel hand vegetable chopper. Ingredients:

200g stale, hard bread (e.g., baguette, ciabatta)

100ml warm milk

1 large egg

30g grated Parmesan cheese

A handful of fresh parsley

1 clove garlic

Salt, black pepper to taste

Olive oil (for frying/baking)

Instructions:

1.Make the Seasoned Bread Crumbs:

Tear the hard bread into small pieces. Fit the Geedel manual food chopper with the chopping blade. Add the bread pieces, secure the lid, and turn the handle to create fine breadcrumbs. Transfer to a large bowl.

Place the parsley and garlic into the container and quickly turn the handle to chop finely. Add to the bowl.
