Australian Sunlit Quinoa Avocado Bowl

Ingredients (Serves 1)  

120g cooked quinoa  

1 avocado (pitted and peeled)  

6 cherry tomatoes  

50g spinach  

50g smoked salmon  

5 almonds (toasted)  

40g Greek yogurt  

1 tsp lemon juice  

A pinch of salt  

¼ tsp cracked black pepper  

Instructions  

1. Dice the Avocado: Use the Vegetable Dicer to Preserve Its Creaminess  

Cut the pitted and peeled avocado into 2cm cubes. Place them in the manual chopper’s container, attach the vegetable dicer blade (ideal for soft avocados—dices cleanly without sticking). Rotate the handle clockwise twice, and when you open the lid, the avocado turns into uniform small cubes—no oxidation or darkening, just perfectly preserved creaminess. This method saves at least 5 minutes compared to knife-cutting and avoids messy residue on the container walls.

2. Prepare Spinach & Tomatoes: Use the Food Chopper + Fruit Chopper for Quick Prep

Wash and roughly chop the spinach, then place it in the machine with the food chopper blade. Rotate twice for a fine chop (not too fine—keeping some fiber and texture). Wash the cherry tomatoes, switch to the fruit chopper blade, and rotate once to halve them (bite-sized and just right). Gently mix the chopped spinach, tomato halves, and cooked quinoa in a bowl.

3. Chop Almonds & Assemble the Bowl: Effortless Vibe of Australian Light Meals

Place the toasted almonds in the machine with the nut chopper blade. Rotate three times to create almond crumbs, then sprinkle over the quinoa base.
