150g smoked beef brisket (thinly sliced)  

2 sesame buns (halved)  

1 pickled cucumber  

1/4 red onion

1 ripe tomato  

2 tsp Texas-style barbecue sauce  

1 tsp yellow mustard  

A pinch of salt  

Instructions
